• Fintech services may face downtime due to third-party providers (banks, NPCI, payment gateways, telecom, hosting). Abhirant is not liable for such disruptions.
• The maximum liability of Abhirant shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy (User Responsibilities)

You agree to use Abhirant’s services for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or misuse our platform for fraudulent transactions.
• Use fintech services for international transactions, money laundering, or prohibited activities.
• Violate third-party policies (Google, Meta, RBI, SEBI, etc.).

Violation may lead to immediate suspension/termination of services without refund and may be reported to authorities.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abhirant, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these T&Cs, or infringement of third-party rights.
